Qwest sneaks into residential VoIP

Not much surprise it isn't a very competitive offer.

In a similar vein, consider their new "naked DSL" package, which ought to save you money, but by the time you are done buying the ISP services (which are priced differently when packaged with naked DSL!) it is pretty close to a draw, surprise surprise!
